Bedrooms at Lingmoor Guest House

Lingmoor Guest House in Windermere offers comfortable accommodation in individually furnished rooms. All rooms have a colour television with DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities. Hair dryers and ironing facilities are available on request.

Rooms are available in twin, double and family accommodation, with en-suite facilities ensuring we are able to cater for all your requirements. Single travellers are also more than welcome.

Tariffs:

All prices shown below include breakfast which can be porridge , cereals, or yoghurt followed by our delicious home-cooked Cumbrian breakfast; perfect for setting you up for a good days walking or a days sight-seeing around Windermere and the Lake District.

Double or Twin Ensuite Accommodation:
£30.00-£35.00 per person, per night for a twin or double en-suite room.

Short Breaks:
Discounts are available for midweek 3 night stays or longer out of season, please telephone for a price. Discounts available for long weekends out of season, please telephone for a price.

Bank Holidays
Minimum 3 night stay.

Special occasions:
If it's a special occasion and you'd like something special please visit our special occasions page which should be able to cater for your individual needs.

Packed Lunches:
Are available, variety of sandwich fillings, a piece of fruit, crisps, cake and a bottle of water. We will also fill your flask with tea, coffee or hot chocolate. All for only £5 per person.

Single Rooms:
Single travellers are welcome, please email or telephone for a price.

Family Accommodation:
Well behaved children over the age of 5 years of age are welcome. The tariff for children aged between 5 years to 15 years of age is £20.00.

  1. Unfortunately, we are not suitable accommodation for children younger than 5 years of age.
  2. We are sorry but we do not accept pets.
  3. Lingmoor is a strictly no smoking establishment for everyone’s comfort and safety.
  4. We take the first nights stay as deposit.
    In the event of cancellation within 14 days of your arrival the deposit is non refundable.
    A cancellation less than 48 hours from the arrival date, ‘no show’ or curtailment of stay for any reason, will result in the full amount of the stay being charged.
  5. We advise you to take out travel insurance to cover you in the unlikely event of cancellation or curtailment.
    Credit card payments are subject to a surcharge of 2%.
